Our Choir

New City Voices ® was first formed in 2014 as a community choir and was originally called the Moulsham Lodge Community Choir.

​

The Moulsham Lodge Community Trust formed the choir as part of a range of ideas to bring the community together.

​

John Trent Wallace has been our Musical Director since the beginning and is supported by our accompanist, Clare Penfold.

​

We have around 50 members, many of whom had never sung in a choir before and have little formal musical knowledge. With John and Clare’s expert guidance and encouragement, everyone can enjoy learning and singing a wide range of choral songs each week.
